The cutest painted collab with ROKA London

So, something exciting happened recently: I teamed up with the wonderful folks at ROKA London for a special giveaway! I hand-painted their iconic Canfield and Stratford bags with cherries, bees, and flowers, and one lucky winner got to take home these one-of-a-kind pieces!
🍒 Why ROKA?
ROKA London isn’t just about stylish bags—they’re about making a difference. Since 2020, they’ve been crafting their bags from recycled materials, turning plastic bottles and fabric offcuts into durable, weather-resistant accessories. They’re also a certified B Corp, committed to balancing profit with purpose .
Their dedication to sustainability and ethical practices aligns perfectly with my values, making this collaboration feel like a match made in eco-friendly heaven.
🎨 The Art of the Bag
For this collaboration, I wanted to bring a touch of whimsy and nature to ROKA’s functional designs. We started with some mutual moodboards and we stumbled across the perfect design for Spring- I painted cherries, bees, and flowers onto the Canfield and Stratford bags, infusing them with a sense of playfulness and joy.
🌟 Looking Ahead
The response to the giveaway was incredible, and it got me thinking: what if we created a limited run of these hand-painted bags? I’d love to bring more of these unique pieces into the world, combining ROKA’s commitment to sustainability with my passion for art to create some truly unique pieces!
Or even better, send me your Roka bag, especially if it’s marked or stained, and we can revitalise it with paint and bring it back to life!
Stay tuned for updates on this potential collaboration—I’m buzzing with ideas 🐝
