Choose your own print and T-shirt from our organic fairly made range, or send us your T-shirt, from your wardrobe (or your favourite store, or a charity shop) and we will use our custom prints to create a brand new, super loveable, reworked piece!

You can select any print from the drop down down menu, and choose where you would like the prints positioned. If you have any other custom notes, just pop them in the notes section and we will get it sorted for you, for example if you want a specific puffin on your chest, or if you’d like your design more sparse or densely spread. The prints do not change size.

If you’re sending in a tee, make sure it’s cotton jersey, not polyester.

Limited edition painted pieces take 1-2 weeks to be painted before we send them out to you.

For T-Shirts, UK shipping is flat rate £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated to take 1-3 days.

For your own sent-in garments, UK shipping is flat rate £5.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated to take 1-3 days.

The painted items have been heat set, so the design is secure. Both painted and eco-printed designs from We Are Hairy People can be washed at 30° by turning the garment inside-out and using a gentle wash. Iron on reverse, do not tumble dry.

Please note this is a custom painted item, so it cannot be returned nor exchanged, as it is made specifically for the person who bought it- except for the unlikely event of the item arriving with a fault. In which case please email us and we will sort this out for you.

Our bespoke painted pieces can be washed in the machine- inside out at 30 degrees.

This specific painted design is hand painted with strong, heat-set fabric paints, just for you, so you can request personalisation if you’d like!

Fabric paint is made by mixing acrylic with fabric medium.
Specific painting and setting techniques that have been developed and perfected over the last 12 years, is what makes hairy designs effective and long lasting.
